Book a trip with Alpine Treks in 3 easy steps

Please make sure that the trip level is suitable for you and carefully read the trip description and general FAQ. If you are unsure, please contact us.
2. Complete and submit the booking form below.
Upon receipt of your booking form we will check availability of your chosen trip and get back to you soonest (normally within 24 hrs) with a request for a deposit.
3. Pay a deposit.
A £500 deposit per person is payable to secure your space(s) on your chosen trip. For trips costing less than £500, we require full payment at the time of booking. Payments can be made in British Pounds via bank transfer, credit/debit card or Paypal. We do not charge additional fees for card payments.
We will confirm your space on the trip when we have received your booking form and deposit. The outstanding trip amount is due two months (60 days) before the start of your trip.

Options and Extras
For most of our trips we offer a number of options and extras such as private room upgrades, luggage transfers etc. Please remember to mention if you require any options or extras when you complete your booking form.
